BLP KOSHER’S “GRIND” SEEMS LIKE IT’S SKATING OFF

Written by : Osa Amayo (@osaamayo)

Blp Kosher has been on his grind...literally. Hailing from one of the most prominent music

scenes in Florida, Kosher a passionate skater, has been grinding his way into the industry.

Kosher from Broward County in the southeast side of Florida has a very distinct flow paired with his signature wicks and style that’s not hard to miss and is soon to be a familiar face. Kosher is equipped with a unique style and energy that’s almost laid back but still punches you right in the face.

Raised in a Jewish household immersed in both traditional Jewish music and hip-hop culture, Blp Kosher found his way to rap at a young age & his music reflects as such. His lyrics touch on themes of urban life, Jewish identity, and spirituality. Being Jewish is a very big staple for Kosher as he flaunts it in one of his biggest song’s “Jew on the canoe”. Since his rap debut, Blp Kosher has independently released 3 albums across “SoundCloud” and several singles across major streaming platforms with his songs amassing hundreds of thousands of plays and his most popular track “The Nac 2” with nearly a million plays to date. A catchy flow and clever bars make up the tune that has you itching for more due to his addictive flow.

Blp Kosher's brand of rap is fresh and exciting and blends a proud Jewish identity with the energy of Florida. His unique blend of music has brought him recognition within the music industry and also recent co-signs of once blog but now multimedia company “Lyrical Lemonade” Cole Bennet and Detroit rapper “Baby Tron”. It’s clear to see that he is a rising star to watch. Honestly, I'm a big fan of his music (it’s really good, it’s like Kodak Black and Luh Tyler somehow made a...okay never mind) any way I can’t wait to see what he does next because he’s about to kick flip his way into stardom, ha get it? because he skates, no? Okay...I used to skate I thought it was funny.

WAIT one more, I guess you could say he’s about to pop shuv his way into-never mind.

Ok, for real though. He's a pretty dope skater, check him out on “Vice Skateboarding”
